SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING: 

Processing time for ready to ship/pickup items are 1-2 business days.

USPS ($15): Our standard shipping is through USPS. We will ship using USPS priority however any delays or problems with shipping will be up to USPS once your item has left our facility. 

Processing time for made to order garments: 2-3 weeks.

Most made to order garments are made one by one, and hand sewn to fit our customers specific size and design. Made to order garments can take 2-3 weeks depending on the current volume of orders.

Custom Designs: Custom designs where we create and produce a new design specifically for you will be booked through a custom design consultation. Processing time will vary and will be discussed at consultation.

After your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation email/text that your order has shipped along with a confirmation number. 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES: There are no refunds or exchanges. Please contact us if you have any issues.
